This policy explains cancellations on ROOHAN MART and should be read together with our Terms of Use.

Cancelling an Order

  • You can cancel an order free of charge before it has been packed/dispatched, via My Orders → Cancel Order, or by contacting support.
  • Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled from the app — please contact support.

Cancellation by ROOHAN MART

We may cancel all or part of an order where an item is out of stock at the time of packing, delivery to the given address is not possible, or we suspect fraudulent activity. Any amount already paid for the cancelled portion is refunded in full.
