These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the ROOHAN MART website and mobile application (together, the "Platform"), operated in Kavali, Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh, India. By creating an account, browsing, or placing an order, you accept these Terms in full.
1.1 Who We Are
Business name: ROOHAN MART
1.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. By using the Platform, you confirm that the details you provide — name, phone number, delivery address — are accurate.
1.3 Account & Access
- You are responsible for keeping your login/OTP confidential and for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or close an account that provides false information, attempts fraud, or otherwise misuses the Platform.
1.4 Orders, Pricing & Payment
- Product prices, weights, and availability shown on the Platform are updated regularly but may vary slightly due to natural variation in fresh produce or manufacturer packaging changes.
- An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation via app, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- We accept UPI, debit/credit card, and Cash on Delivery, as shown at checkout. Online payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway partner; ROOHAN MART does not store your card details.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order due to a pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud, with a full refund of any amount already paid.
1.5 Delivery
We deliver within defined zones in and around Kavali. Delivery time slots shown at checkout are estimates and may shift due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances outside our control. Someone must be available to receive the order at the selected time.
1.6 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its security or operation, misuse promotional codes or referral credits, or place fraudulent orders. We may restrict Cash on Delivery or suspend accounts that show a pattern of abuse (e.g., repeated order refusal).
1.7 Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ROOHAN MART's liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform.
1.8 Changes & Governing Law
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
