Delete Your Roohan Mart Account

You can request deletion of your Roohan Mart account and the personal information associated with it at any time. This page explains how to request deletion, and what happens to your data.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] from your registered email address, with the subject line "Account deletion". Please include the mobile number or email address your account is registered with, so we can locate it.

Requests are processed within 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.

What gets deleted

Your profile information (name, email, phone number, saved delivery addresses), saved lists/wishlist, and account credentials are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered once the request is processed.

What we retain, and why

Order history, transaction, and payment records are retained even after account deletion, where required for legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes — consistent with our Privacy Policy. This information is disassociated from your active account access and is not used for any purpose other than these legal/compliance obligations.

Deleting only some data

If you'd like specific information deleted (for example, a saved address) without deleting your whole account, you can do this directly from the app under Account, or email us at the address above with what you'd like removed.
